The Walt Disney Company announces the return of Imagineer Bruce Vaughn, naming him Chief Creative Officer effective March 20, 2023. Vaughn left the company in 2016 after being a part of the imaginary force behind the parks for over two decades. He has been CEO of Dreamscape Immersive for the past five years and has been a Professor of Art & Process of Experience Design for since the early 2000’s at UCLA School of Theatre, Film and Television.

Vaughn will co-lead the organization along with Walt Disney Imagineering President Barbara Bouza.

In an email sent by Josh D’Amaro, he writes “With significant developments under way and more on the horizon, this dedicated focus toward creativity and innovation will help us deliver next-level experiences well into the future.”

As we know, there are non in comparison to the creativity and overflowing imagination that is generated in the Walt Disney Imagineering realm. With other parks expanding their theme parks and adding new attractions and rides, we are excited to hear that Disney is taking action towards making their own strides in bringing new and exciting changes and additions to the Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts. He, along with Bouza, will report to Josh D’Amaro, Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products.
